As of Leadership
1. Ask – A leader ask when he doesn’t not
know. He also asks himself a lot of question to bring solutions to the
organization.

Admit when wrong- A leader admits when
wrong. When leaders do not appear to have erred they forfeit the power of
leadership
3.
Answer- A leader must always be ready
to answer followers. You may not have all the answers but be ready to answer.
You don’t want to appear a zombie when confronted for solutions

After you concept- A leader must have
an attitude which grooms people to head the organization after his leadership.
5.
Accommodative- A leader is a person
who accommodates other people and their ideas. We are not islands but we share
ideas for the benefit of the organization.
6.
Amazing- Though leaders have to be as
simple as possible, they are amazing people. They have something which every
person does not have. They present situations with amazing solutions.
7.
Agenda- A leader must understand his
agenda in his leadership. Why are you in leadership? What is your agenda? What
do you want to solve?
