IMPORTANCE OF PLANNING

THE IMPORTANCE OF PLANNING

·         Gives an organization a sense of direction. Without plans and goals, organizations merely react to daily occurrences without considering what will happen in the long run. For example, the solution that makes sense in the short term doesn't always make sense in the long term. Plans avoid this drift situation and ensure that short-range efforts will support and harmonize with future goals.

7 BASIC NEEDS OF A MARRIED WOMAN

7 BASIC NEEDS OF A MARRIED WOMAN

  1.                  LOVE

It is a woman’s whole existence.  Many marriages would be happier if the husband tried so hard to love their wives as they did to win them. It is also said that the least a man can do for his children is to love their mother. A woman need love above all else.

2.                  ACCEPTANCE

Accept her when she looks at things differently.

3.                  APPRECIATION

A woman needs appreciation for whatever positive and good thing she does.

4.                  COMMUNICATION

It is woman’s desire to have a husband who communicates with her.

5.                  SECURITY

A woman naturally looks to her husband for security to protect her from injury insult and want.

6.                  UNDERSTANDING

A woman needs to be well understood. A woman often experiences many swings of moods which a man can interpret as instability but the up and down result from her entirely different emotional set up glandular changes.

7.                  SEXUAL FULFILMENT

Sex is the most powerful emotion most to be manipulated for self gain. A man must not think of himself but also to satisfy his wife.
